Cheese Ball by Brian
16 oz. of Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup of Velveeta, shredded
1 cup of Velveeta Cheddar, shredded
1/8 cup of green onion, chopped
1 tsp. of garlic powder
2 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. of Ron Lappin’s Fish Dip
1 tsp. of Starnes Bar-B-Q Sauce
1/4 cup of Real Bacon Bits
Pretzels sticks, crushed
Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients (except pretzels) and mix until blended. Form a ball and then wrap it in plastic wrap. Chill ball in the fridge for approximately 1 hour until firm. Roll the cheese ball in crushed pretzels before serving.
